Firefighters from nearly a dozen fire departments battled a two-alarm fire that ripped through a Neptune City apartment building Thursday.
The fire at the Brighton Arms Apartments was reported around 2:20 a.m. and quickly spread through the two-story building.
Shortly after firefighters arrived, they were forced to use a defensive attack when a large section of the roof collapse, according to News12.
One person was injured but the injuries were not considered life-threatening.
